Regulation Valves

In bypassed systems, Hydra-Cell regulation valves relieve the system by opening the valve automatically in case of unwanted sudden overpressure in the pipeline, when the system is discharged, the valve returns to its former position. It balances the system with these valves in multiple spray applications. It consists of a pointed conical thrust shaft and valve seat in design. If the pressure in the system is higher than the normal operating pressure, the spring on the thrust shaft separates the thrust shaft from the seat and the flow is directed towards the bypass side and the system pressure is reduced. Thanks to the special barrier (baffle) on the other side of the shaft inside the valve, the fluid is discharged without directly contacting the internal parts and without wear. It is sufficient to open the top of the body for access to internal parts and maintenance, replacement of wearing parts can be done easily in a very short time and operations can be done on site without removing the valves. Various body materials and pressure ranges are available.
